Refund Policy – Max the Yorkie

We want you (and your pup) to love every purchase from Max the Yorkie. If you are not satisfied, here’s how refunds and returns work:

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Certain products (digital downloads, gift cards, clearance items) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
