2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

3. Tracking Orders

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

4. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues.

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation are not covered by Max the Yorkie.

5. Customs & Duties
